If you’re coming to one of our tiptoe salons for a consultation, we ask you to:

Not wear nail polish;
Have clean hands and/or feet;
Have you been treated in a hospital abroad, or are you regularly in contact with pig, meat or veal farming? Please mention this during the consultation. There’s a chance you’re carrying the MRSA bacterium.

PACT therapy only works if you stick to the treatment as agreed (“treatment adherence”);
When a fungal nail is being treated, please bring clean socks because of the risk of reinfection;
tiptoe tip: once you’ve started PACT therapy, replace your nail clippers at home, or clean them with at least 80% alcohol or by boiling them for at least 15 minutes.

PACT therapy is paid for per treatment;
If it’s decided to start PACT therapy, EUR 35.00 is charged for making a treatment plan, scheduling the appointments and drawing up a quote. Paying by debit card is preferred;
You may sometimes need to cancel an appointment. If so, let us know no later than 24 hours before the appointment date. If you cancel too late or not at all, EUR 35.00 is charged by means of a payment request;
If an appointment has to be made because of a cancellation, it may take place outside the regular treatment, because of how busy we are and the appointments already scheduled;
If the schedule has been drawn up and included in the treatment plan and you want to make changes to it, the administrative costs for this are EUR 35.00. The changes are then made in the treatment plan. This applies to the first 4 treatments;
If you’re 15 minutes late, you may not be able to be seen and a new appointment may have to be made.
